KYDEX INSERT 9MM

Tired of constantly having to remove bungee cord retention or opening and closing the flap during reloads? Is every second crucial for you during a reload? Then we have a solution for you how to easily and quickly convert our popular Advanced Mag Pouch into a Speedmag. Our pre-shaped Kydex insert ensures that you can put away flaps and bungee cord while not having to worry about losing your magazine somewhere.

Kydex is a thermoplastic material that is favored for its durability, lightness, and ability to retain its shape. It is also often used for making custom gun holsters, where it is molded to fit a specific gun model, ensuring a secure and snug fit. An advantage is that Kydex can be reshaped with heat, so if you want to adjust the tightness of the fit, all you need is a heat gun or possibly a hair dryer.

For conducting HAHO/HALO jumps or operations requiring maximum retention, we recommend using the securing shock cord or flap along with the Kydex insert.

THERMOFORMABLE

We have shaped the insert to provide the ideal retention in our pouches. But if you don't like it or want to customize it - a heat gun or hair dryer will do the trick.

LIGHTWEIGHT

Our LaseCore product line has been designed with low weight in mind, and the same is true when using a kydex insert. This solution will be lighter than much of the competition on the market.

MIL-SPEC

We use original KYDEX material from SEKISUI Chemical from USA in 0.080" thickness. This material has great resistance and durability, is non-flammable, waterproof, does not embrittle in freezing and as a benefit does not reflect IR spectrum of light. It is very lightweight.

MADE IN CZECHIA

We like to control every detail and we don't want the textile industry in Bohemia to die out and move to Asia. We do everything ourselves in our workshop near Prague - hearth of Europe.
